Average -8 hours of event coverage  for most events.

 $100 an hour after the initial 8-hour coverage.  

Full Weekend Coordination - unlimited hours of service on your Event Day.

 INCLUDE:


 *Initial consultation

*4-6 months- (up to 1 Year)  before your event

        -Planning & Coordination

        -Vendor referrals

        -Layout -(Ceremony/Reception/Seating)

        -Checklist

        - Vision Board for the event. 


*Venue Tour/Selection Consultantion

        -Vendor location/contact info 

        -Arrival times, 

        -Progress Checklist

        - Layout 

        -Timeline, 

        -Additional  event details/add ons 


*2-4 Months up to the Day of the Event 

        -Phone and email communication -(unlimitied contact)

*1-2 Months before the Day of the Event

        -Call all vendors to verify details of their services and any remaining balances

        -Develop and distribute Event Day itinerary

        -Contact Vendors-  Venue(Security, Setup/Cleanup, Catering/Severs),Bakery, Caterer, Dress, DJ-(musician, band or vocalist), Equipment Rental, Hotel Reservations, Transportation, Photographer,  Clergy, Vendors for coordination  of cake final payments/delivery time/set up 

*1-2 weeks befor the Day of Event 

         -Finalize event details, timelines and vendor delivery & set up schedules

-Review and distribute again event timeline/iteniary and instructions 



*DAY OF YOUR EVENT

        -Manage Timeline flow

        -Manage vendors (per your instruction)

        -Manage vendor (setup at any sites)

        -Decor/Flower/ Arch/ Backdrop (set up/delivery time)Place table names/numbers, place cards,  favors,

 (per your  instruction)

        -Instruct ushers & guest book attendants/ Seat Guest 

        -Manage Event Party/Reception

        -Properly line up wedding attendants processional & cue musicians

        -Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception

        -Ensure payment of vendor tips and additional balances (2 hours before event ends)

        -Break down table numbers/names, place cards, favors, toasting glass & serving set, décor for gift/sign in/

wedding decor/favor tables per your instructions

        -Coordination wedding photographer (before, during, and at the 1 hr before end of ceremony)

        


*1- DAY OF EVENT COORDINATION PACKAGE 

       4-6 hours of Coordination services on your Event Day

                       -HEAVENLY WEEKEND COORDINATION PACKAGE(also available)

       -Coordinator  in  attendance  will run Event Rehearsal- 1hr
